About badges

thamit has "badges" that show information about a page's owner. On a public page they appear at the bottom right of the avatar or below the social links, and tapping one shows its description.

Examples of badges

  • thamit Operator … An official badge showing that the owner is a member of the thamit operations team.
  • Early Member … A badge granted later, all at once, to early members who registered by August 31, 2026.
  • Open Beta … A commemorative badge for joining the open beta.

More badge types are planned for the future.

You can't claim a badge yourself

Badge eligibility is checked on the server, based on grants and records from the operations team. You can't attach a badge you're not eligible for, so badges work as proof of the real thing.

You choose whether to show them

Even if you have a badge, it's up to you whether to display it.

  • You can choose which badges to show from the badge settings in the editor.
  • You can display up to 3 at the same time.
  • You can see the badges you have and when you earned them on the dashboard Home.
