List and discover events
thamit has an event discovery page where you can browse everyone's events in one place. You can find recurring and one-off VRChat events by weekday, frequency, date, and tags.
Getting your events listed
The event discovery page automatically gathers the contents of each page's "Events" block. To get your events listed, do the following:
- Add an "Events" block to your page and fill in your event details. (See Editor basics for adding blocks, and Block types for the available settings.)
- Publish your page.
- In the Settings tab, turn on listing on "Everyone's pages".
Once all three are in place, your Events block's contents are gathered into the event discovery page.
Event details you can set
- Recurring … Daily, weekly, biweekly, or the nth weekday of the month. You can also set the weekday and start time.
- Irregular … For events with no fixed cycle, pick multiple dates from a calendar.
- One-time … Set the date and time it takes place.
- You can also add roles (Host, Performer, etc.), how to join, and a flyer image.
- Events taking a break can be marked "On hiatus."
Finding events
On the event discovery page, you can filter by weekday, frequency (weekly / biweekly, etc.), one-off date, and event tags. Your filters are reflected in the URL, so you can share it as is.
